Spanish Translator

Is anyone aware of a Spanish Translator program that will translate from English to Spanish in an Excel document? I have about 9000 entries in a worksheet that need to be translated, line by line, cell by cell into Spanish. This is for pricing, so the program must be accurate.

I believe it's called "Juan Pablo G, MrExcel Consulting (Consultoria?)"

Seriously, I know of no such thing, but I am bumping this back to the top of the list. It does sound like something that may be worth asking MrExcel or Juan Pablo G about if you have some spare cash.
