Hello to all
I have simple problem (at least I think). This is how it goes: I have virus.csv file. I know how to import it into excel, but how do I graph top 5 or 10 viruses stopped on our Internet mail gateway. I just need top results to be graphed and possibly exported to HTML format. Better yet if I could get this done, so regional managers could sort and play with the data - something like pivot tables. Any ideas? andrew. |

Have you tried autofilter ? One of the options is filtering no the Top / Bottom nth.

I don't know what your data looks like, but you could try a pivot with a count of virus name. then sort it decending and graph just the top five or ten.
or you could do it with the large function and a lookup. |
