I want to print my excel worksheet with the least amount of space between the cells (but still be able to see seperation) and then also be able to see, in the electronic copy, the actual number (NOT the pound sign because the numbers won't fit in the cell). Is this possible? Is there some relationship between the GUI and what is printed? Is there a font that is better for printing and viewing?
Thanks, Dave |

Hi davers5:
In addition to what Corni suggested, you may also want to try print settings as follows: 1) adjust your column widths and font sizes so you can actually see the numbers and not the # signs 2) Then FILE|PAGE_SETUP|PAGE|choose the option FIT_TO say 1 page wide by 1 page tall or to suit your needs HTH Please post back if it works for you ... otherwise explain a little further and let us take it from there!
