Hello -
I am creating a sales commission spreadsheet, and I need to provide subtotals per page. Seems simple enough to do, but i don't want to put a sum formula in a fixed location. For example - let's say one sales person's spreadhseet is two pages long. The first printed page page might have 25 rows of information - the 25th row should display subtotal information for that page. The second page might only have 8 lines of information - and the 8th row should have subtotal for that page. And while I'm at it, the 9th row should have grand total. Is there a way to do this with a footer? I leave this question in your experienced hands and will check for replies later this afternoon. Regards, Maggie |

Try the feature.
Data-Subtotals. When you're done printing, Data-Subtotals, remove all.
