We have a workbook that is set to track changes and it is doing that except for 1 particular user, it shows the change but does not put her name on it. Our guess is that she is turning off tracking when she uses the doc. Any thoughts or insight?

Maybe she doesn't have a user name populated under tools - options - general. Just a guess.
