Does anyone know how to create a dictionary object and populate it with data? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I'm not exactly sure. I saw that a dictionary object/feature exist in VBA programmers guide and would like to learn how to use it, but XL help wasn't too helpful. So any insight you can provide would be appreciated.
