I am running Excel 97 with Windows Me. I have been having this problem when I start and exit Excel 97. I get an error box that says "Compile Error in Hidden Module: TBRun97". Now when I click OK it continues on and the program runs fine, and when I exit and click OK it exits fine. It's an annoying message. I have tried several times to reinstall the program but get the same results. I have even used someone else's CD to re-install and no luck. Please help.
Thank you. |

"C:Program filesMicrosoft OfficeOfficeXLStartTbrun97.xls"
this i believe is the techi file at fault its corrupted some how and needs replacing, i would delete it and hope excel rebuild is, CAUTION i do not have E97 to test on so copy the file and paste on desktop so if im wrong you can replace it exactly where it lives and be ok... the file is on the dick some where i suggest a scan to see if it pops up... ill have a play- im sure ive seen this linked to xlstart might be worth checking if something is not there that should not be
