For example: Can I assign a value of 4 to cell B4 from cell A1? I don't want to type a formula into cell B4.

Hi Lazaro,
Sorry to say, no. A cell formula is never allowed to modify another cell's value (or any other cell property, for that matter). A way around this is to use a worksheet event to implement what the formula would do, plus modifying the other cell.
