pop up info in another cell when....

When I select certain data from a validated list in cell C5 I want data matched with that to show in cell G1. For instance, if I select "51" from the list in C5 I want the word "Overtime 1.5" to show in G1. I have a list of about 150 different numbers and corresponding descriptions. Thanks!
