I need to compare two sheets in a workbook.
Sheet 1 and Sheet 2 (these are not the real names, if you need the real names, they are at the bottom) I need to remove entire rows in sheet 1 if the contents of Sheet 2 Column A are present. Basically, I need to search Sheet 1's Column A for the values in the cells of Sheet 2 Column A. If the contents of any row of Sheet 2 Column A are present on any row of Sheet 1 Column A, I need to remove that entire row from Sheet 1. Whew...can you help me? Thanks for reading... Sheet 1 = Lincoln Total Sales Sheet 2 = Do Not Call thanks again gurus. |

Saw your question. Thought it was interesting. I asked a question that seems like it would share some of the same code you need.
http://www.mrexcel.com/board/viewtop...c=8171&forum=2 Code works like a charm. It won't solve your question, but may give you a headstart in coding it yourself. No time to do it myself, sorry. Philip |
