I think my problem is simple... I need to have a cell disply text in a certain when its under a certain number. I want all numbers in my column to be in red, if they are less than 3... Help...

highlight the cells that you want to be changed to red and then goto format -> Conditional Formating and use
function is =cells<3 and select the format to be the color you want. |
