How can I use the Vlookup function to lookup an employee number, display common info. then also have the employee's picture display. Tried a hyperlink but it only brings over the link and not the actual file.

Hi this one has kind of been solved in Chris D and my Formula one spreadsheet, which uses dropdown to select winners and my great pal Ivan F Moala in New Zealand provided the magic to allow a comment box to have the driver’s picture, only small but did the job.
CAUTION the code works in TARGET as I found was so touchy and jumpy, its not very usable, I guess this method can do the same as you ask, but its less than perfection, and multi target ranges are painful I found, so I’ve no GOOD fix. Ill did out the code or you can search for the feed, Chris D posted the feed was like picture in comment boxes. Some valuable thought. MARKER Comment Pictures
