I want to create a form where information can be entered into the form and then put into a template to be printed-any help???

I did this not too long ago. First create the form in Excel setting it up the way you want it to look, then under Data use the Template Wizard to set up a template from the form you've created. It will add any new forms to a database that you can set up to print as you like.

Check out our MVP lady Dreamboat she has kindly given up her site space to a user form training sheet to download.
