Is there a better way to protect,unprotect
in a macro without reveiling the password i no you can hide and protect in 2000 but is there a way f getting around this in 95

You say *95*.
Are you running Excel 7.0 for Windows 95?

Hit the Help Dropdown menu and hit About Microsoft Excel and tell us what version.
