Capitalize all Text

I generated a large spreadsheet and now for legal reasons all the data has to be in Upper case. Is there a quick way to convert all the text.

Create a sheet that copies all the data from you main sheet and then drag fill the formula
to cover the whole sheet.
=UPPER(Sheet1!A1)

Select the whole sheet, copy and paste values of the formulas to get rid of the formulas.

Use ASAP Utilites free add-in obtainable from http://asap-utilities.com. They provide a Text | Convert to UPPERcase menu command.
