In Episode #1845 from ModelOff, Gavin Jordan of Price Waterhouse in London shows how to create a Confidence Chart in Excel. Consider creating a model of future cash flows for the next 25 years; you might be fairly certain for year 1, but not that certain for the subsequent 24 years. This cool chart shows how the Min, Most Likely, and Max diverge as you move further out into the future. As a matter of fact, this chart reminds me of the Hurricane Cone charts that are published in the newspaper in Florida.
