Here is a cool map showing where members of the community live.
You can zoom in to any area by using the zoom slider on the left. To add yourself to the map, follow these steps:
- Browse to the editable map
- Drag on the map to move your location to the approximate center
- Use the left zoom slider to zoom in on your town
- Click on the map. A box will pop up. Enter your first name or message board userid. You can enter a short message ("Greetings from Akron!"), a URL, and a marker color.
- If you click on another person, you will go to their URL, so don't start clicking on the map until you've zoomed in sufficiently.
- If you try to drag the center and the map thinks that you clicked to add your marker, close the popup box with the X in the top right corner.
