Call for Help episodes for sale on Google Video

Call for Help is a technology show. It was very popular in the USA back when TechTV broadcast the show live from San Francisco.

Then, TechTV was sold to the Game Network. One of the first actions of the new G4/TechTV was to cancel Call for Help.

The show lives on in Canada and Australia. It came back to the USA for 60 episodes in 2005, but with a horrible 9AM weekday airtime, it was soon taken off the air in the USA.

The folks at Rogers Media in Canada keep getting calls from people who want the show back in the USA. So - starting June 14, 2006, Rogers Media is making Call for Help available as a high-quality video feed on Google Video. The price is US $0.99 per episode. Google to offer spreadsheet

Check out this article from Yahoo today. Google is expecting to announce their spreadsheet version today.

The article says that it will not be as full-featured as Excel, but I bet for the basic spreadsheet tasks, it will be just fine.
