Funnel Charts

Is there a way to do funnel charts in Excel? i.e., I have a set of data that looks like:
Stage 1: 10
Stage 2: 8
Stage 3: 5
Stage 4: 3
Stage 5: 1
And I want the chart to look like:
5 =
4 ===
3 =====
2 ========
1 ==========
