Drop Downs

Is there a way get get Data Validation Drop Down Boxes in Excel 97 to display more than 8 entries? I've got 12 entries in my list and would like to be able to get at them all without having to scroll the Drop Down.

Hi Phil

Sorry to say, but I would say not. Unforunately this is hard coded into Excel.

You could do this with a Combobox from the Control toolbox though, but it would require VBA to apply the validation or a combinaton of both VBA and Data Validation. No big deal though probably just a Select Case statement.
