How can i put values in the list box of control tool box

How can i put values in the list box of control tool box not of excel's "tool->options->cutoms list tab".

n the values will come from a column of a sheet inthe workbook.

In the properties of the list box,select "list fill range" and enter the range of the column where the values are coming from. e.g A1:A10.
