User defined buttons and menus

Hi all-

I have created several new buttons and menus, and have attatched them to macros associated with a workbook I am creating. Is there a way to save these buttons/menus as part of the file, so one does not need to be on my local machine to see and have access to the macros, or does each person need to individually set up the buttons and associate them to the macros?

Hi Chris,

If you right click on the custom button/menu bar that you've created, you'll get a long menu with "Customize" down at the bottom. Click that and find the "Attach" button. A two-windowed interface box will pop up to allow you to copy any custom bars that you create into the document. Then, at the different workstation, the bar will be one of the choices to open or close, just like a standard bar...
