Data Validation

Is there any way to get Data Validation to look at another Sheet in Excel97? Any Help would be appreciated.

Highlight and name your list via the name box (ie LIST)
when in validation allowing for list, type in
=LIST

(be sure to use the equal sign)

YES, you have to "name" the cells in the other sheet by using "insert, name, define". Then use the name you created in your data validation...
