duplicate entries

Importing info with many duplicate phone numbers for broadcast fax. Need a way to eliminate the dupes. Any suggestions?

Sort your data and then, from the main menu, select Data|Filter|Advanced Filter. Select "Copy to another location", "Unique records only", and input your new location in the box titled "Copy to". You now have a data set with no duplicates.

NOTE - this will only work for data that contains a header in the first row.
