Has anybody ever came across this problem?

I can't figure this out? There is a query that extracts data from our data warehouse tables and imports to Excel. Problem is there are two columns that have data that the VLOOKUP function does not work. I have to manual type the same data on that cell, and then it works. Not only that, If I import the sheet to MS ACCESS it gives me an error on that column. I have tried copy paste special, values and it still does not work. Any suggestions?
