Insert rows in microft excel

I have data in the below mentioned format:

156
159
160
165
.
.
.
I wish to insert blank rows between these rows. Which may the difference of the values.
Kinldy help me if you could provide any Macro for this...

No macro is needed if you don't think of your
problem as inserting rows, but rather as sorting
empty rows into your data range. Suppose that
B1:B4 contains {156;159;160;165}. Enter 1 into
cell A1, 2 into cell A2, select A1:A2, and double
click the fill handle (the solid black square in
the lower right hand corner of the selection).
Copy the newly created range selection and paste
it immediately below cell A4 (in cell A5). Finally,
sort ascending on column A. Voila! Blank rows
are now disperse among your data.
