Pull Down Menu

The last thing I need to finish my project:

How do I turn a cell into a pulldown menu?

And:

How do I populate the options within that menu?

Data Validation and refer to a list on your sheet (nt)

Create a list anywhere on the spreadsheet.

Then,click on Data on the toolbar above, then validation,on the "settings" tab click "allow", then choose list from the drop down box, then click on the right side of the "source" and highligh your list you created in the first step, then click "OK".
