How do I search for a record in an Excel database or list? I undertand how VLOOKUP allows you to look up the value in a field, but how do you look up an entire record in a list?

You could perhaps use the Data|Filter|Autofilter oprion, then select the criteria for each filed that you are after. Is that what you want?
