search and get rows with a specific persons name

I have 15 different names in column A4:A200, and they're repeated in ten weeks. Each name is conssisting of two rows, from A:Z

If I would like to select "Johnny" and the weeks 12-23, how can I do this when there is two rows for every "johnny"?

Response: Do an auto filter on the columns. Data>Auto filter.

I did the autofilter, and it worked almost as I wanted. But every name has two rows, one where the name is, and one below. Is it possible to select both of them by searching the name in the first row?

And for layouts, is it possible to only show the name on the first row, and not 20-30 times for each row?

Can I select just some weeks, and then select which name?

Thanks
