How to import formula listing

I've downloaded an excel code listing (a text file) from an internet site that looks like this:

{Cell A1}= B3*1.25
{Cell A2)= C3 /7
etc.

Is there a way to auto import these formulas into Excel (i.e., to not have to manually cut and paste the formulae into each listed cell)?

Is this some type of VBA code? What?
