Icon for convetring formulas to values

I understand there's an icon I can add to my toolbar that calls for converting formulas to values. Where can I find it & how can I add it to my toolbar?

Right click in any toolbar, choose customize. Now go to commands, in the categories, choose "Edit", there, look for "Paste values" icon, drag it to a toolbar and position it wherever you want, click Ok. There are also some icons for "Paste format", and "Paste Special".
