Need to automatically change the date when I open a workbook

I have a spreed sheet that needs to have the date automatically changed to the current system date when I open the workbook up. I already have the macro set up to change to the system date and current day but I am stumped at how you get a macro to automatically run when you open a workbook. Please help.

Is your date in a cell? If so could you use
=NOW() in the cell rather than a macro.
