delete rows

Hello,

I do not know how to consolidate a column of data. My aim is to extract all cells, that do meet a certain condition (such as >1) and then put them in another column / sheet WITHOUT all the blank cells inbetween (those that initially did not meet the given criterium).

If any of you can help me I would be very happy. I am a beginner and have not done any makro-programming yet. Somehow I feel though that this task can only be done with a makro.

Thanks a lot

Jan

Jan, you can use an AutoFilter and then Copy/Paste
the results elsewhere.

But Mark,

If I set filter on, the rows in between vanish.[ I have a similar problem (you can refer to "copying select cells" query on the msg board.]
Can you help?

After filtering, select the complete range of data, go to Edit>GoTo>Special>VisibleCellsOnly, and copy/paste.
