Urgent Help! Exporting data into a word template

Hi, I want to export a row of data from a worksheet into a MS WORD template, so that I could make a nice printout of the data. How do I do the export form Excel into Word and then how do I make the different cell values to appear in the correct places in the Word template?

Use the Paste Special Paste Link Option. Open both the Word and Excel Files. Copey the cell you want to link and then go to the Word file and choose Edit>Paste Special. Select the Paste Link option. You will also want to select Paste as "Formatted Text". Repeat for each cell you want to link to Word. This should work for you. Also, in Word you will have choices as to how and when the link is updated. See help for details
