Excel Error

I am trying to insert a row in an excel spreadsheet and am getting this error message can someone tell me what it means
To prevent loss of data excel cannot shift non blank cells off the worksheet.
Try to delete or clear the cells to the right & below your data then select cell A-1 & save your workboot to reset the last cell used.

Press Ctrl + End Key to see where the end of your data is. Do you have data in row 65536? Try to delete some row where you have no data an then try to insert as new row.
