conditional formatting

Please help... i am trying to conditional format cells but when i go into conditional formatting from the tool bar it will only let me format cell(s) 3 times, how do i format the cells to change colour more than that? For example if i wanted to use a conditional format to change the interior colour every time different information is entered?

Use code not the menu!

See the conditional color notes a few notes below this one!
Pick the type of code you think is best for you, I think the sheet-tab View code type will work in your case but a module level code will also work.

Then stack the code each with a different color based upon your conditions.

To see how to modify the code: record a macro go through the steps to conditionally format your cell(s) then stop the recorder. Edit the macro copy and paste to your master macro.
If you want a six condition format chain two three condition macros, ect. JSW
