how can i transfer data from web (by drag and drop)
and get the exact data ??
(it's changing the data from 10-24 to Oct-24) somthing like that ?

Is the problem that the format of the date changes when you drag onto the worksheet? I am not clear what your problem is.
If the problem is just the 10-24 vs Oct-24, this is a simple formatting situation easily changed in the Format/Cells/Number/Date dialog box.
