Can anyone take a look at this formula

=SUMIF(IF('Customer enet_activity_01_January.xls'!$A$2:$A$1000=$A1,IF('Customer enet_activity_01_January.xls'!$H$2:$H$1000=B$2,1,0),0))

and tell me why I get an error message "You've entered too few arguments for this function"?

not
SUMIF(IF(...

or
SUMIF(... no "IF"
