Formatting Numbers

Good afternoon! I have a list containing numbers that I've extracted from a different program. The numbers appear as follows: 1120, 1260, 403.8.....etc.
The numbers should appear: 1.12, 1.26, .40....etc.
Is it possible to convert the numbers to appear as I wish?

Hi Anthony, how about using a formula to divide your numbers by 1000 and then "cutting/paste special|values" the formula result over the originals?
Am I clear (it's been a long day)?
