help using concatenate to add text from different cells together

I have a user calling that needs to add the text from several different cells together. i thought of using concatenate to do so. first went to each row and formatted them as text and then went to last and inserted the formula concatenate(i4:k4) but got the value of #VALUE! instead. please help. thanks.
