Help!! When subtracting...

I am subtracting 2 dates, to get the total days between the dates. How can i automatically account and subtract fot the weekends, if possible, can i account for holidays?

=NETWORKDAYS(A1,B1,HOLIDAYS)

HOLIDAYS is the name you can give (via the Name Box) to the range where you list holiday dates that you don't want to be counted in the difference. This function requires that the Analysis Toolpak add-in be installed (via Tools|Add-ins).
