HYPERLINK SEARCH AND REFERENCE

Hi,
I was wondering if you could help solve my problem.
In my worksheet I have COL A (ID) and COL J (TOTALS).
How do I hyperlink to another worksheet so that using
the ID #### will return the value in Col J. I can't hyperlink directly
to, say J25, because my table is always fluctuating and
it throws off the hyperlinks.
