Importing data from 1 sprdsht in another sprdsht & formula to do that

What formula would I use to pull info from 1 spreadsheet and import it into another that I would already have a sum formula for.

I am not sure of the layout or type of data you have but you could try the Vlookup or Hlookup funtions. Also maybe even "Paste Link"
