Sum w/Blank

I can't seem to get my sum to return a blank cell no matter what I try. Please help me. I want the total to show only if it's above 0.
=SUM(C4:C15)

Format the cell as
0.00;-0.00;

How about custom formatting the cell of this formula as
[=0]"";General
and when you read off this cell, you must be aware of the fact it really has 0 in it if its value is not > 0.
