Time Card Question

My goal is to take the Start Time (A1), End Time (B1) and the Lunch Time (C1) and have (D1) show the total hours & minutes worked for the day.

After reviewing this site I've been able to work out the start time and end time issues; however, the reduction of the lunch time is giving me problems.

Format cell D1 as [hh]:mm and enter the formula
=B1-A1-C1.
