Hello,
Can somebody tell me if its possible to round off upwards time notifications in excel XP ?
example:
16:34 most be 17:00
134:07 most be 135:00

I guess you meant 134:07 ===> 134:00, not 135:00.
=ROUND(A1*24,0)/24

If you mean 16 hours and 34 minutes rounded up to 17 hours, or one hundred thirty four hours and seven minutes rounded up to one hundred thirty five minutes, format your cells as [hhh:mm] (or [hh:mm] or [h:mm]) and employ the formula
=CEILING(A1,60/(60*24))
