Any way to reference an access database file utilizing Vlookup in Excel 97

Trudy - I beleive you're going to have to pull the Access data into Excel, first. (Data/Get External Data/Create New Query.) Once you've set up the Access data on your worksheet, you can refresh the query's data periodically, either manually, or by macro (say, on the opening of the worksheet).
