Can I Create A "Table of Contents" Worksheet?

Wonderful site! I wonder if anyone can help with what would seem to be a basic need.
I am creating a single workbook which will have approx 50 individual worksheets. I'd like to create a table of contents to facilitate navigation between worksheets. Is this possible?? (I hope, I hope)
The concept is that by clicking on a cell containing the name of the worksheet, that worksheet will immediately become the visible and active worksheet.

Sure. Just use hyperlinks. There is an option to use them within the workbook. Just pick the sheet and cell you want to go to.

Right click on the one of the sheet navigation arrows in the bottom left hand corner and a list of the worksheets appear - select the sheet you want to go to.
