Can you open an excel form in access?

We have a number of forms already created using excel, and now we want to use them to create an access database. I've never seen this done.
Has anyone?

Try this I'm not sure if this is exactly what your looking for:

Open a new form or report in design view, select which table/query you want to take the data from.

Then Copy your Excel form and paste it in the detail section in Access

You can then take your field list and drag and drop the fields where you want them.

This should work I'm not an expert but I've played around with this myself.
