Changing Keyboard Shortcut Keys: can you?

Hi.

I remember (I think) seeing a window in Excel from which you can set keyboard shortcut keys but, I can't find it now...

help me find it, if only to prove I didn't dream it!!!

Tools > macro > macro
Then select Options

Thanks.
Can i set them for other operations other than macros or are they fixed as the default options.
ie. change the shortcut for "print" for example.
